UN World Oceans Day | June 7, 2024

The 2024 UN World Oceans Day event took place at the UN Headquarters in New York City to celebrate our planet’s ocean, gather changemakers in the ocean space, and raise awareness for global ocean protection. I attended the event on behalf of Sustainable Ocean Alliance, providing live updates on social media, collaborating with ocean influencers (including Sylvia Earle, Bailey Bass, and Rayne Sullivan), and providing messages of hope to the organization’s global community.
